The new headquarters of DocMorris is made up of two buildings: an acclimatised logistics center (9.800 m²) and an office building (5.700 m²). The office building (5.700m2) has a total of 450 workplaces distributed into 2 floor levels with open workspaces and meeting rooms. A main central space is located on the ground floor with various break out and meeting rooms, and an atrium connects all of the floors letting natural light flow through it. Sustainable technologies have been used, e.g. the automated aluminum slats in the facade system allows the accurate adjustment of the natural lighting in order to get the correct comfort for the user and reduces energy consumption.
