After finishing the new tower building and the partial refurbishment of the resort, with project schedule and costs audit by TBI, the inauguration and reopening of the ROBINSON CLUB Jandia Playa in Fuerteventura is celebrated.
It is the first hotel with a sustainability certificate DGNB Platinum outside of Germany.

After a building phase of about a year and a half, the new 4-star hotel Vincci Gala has opened. The project consisted of 78 rooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, an addition of 3 stories, restoration of the main facade and an existing staircase.
Additionally to architecture and interior design, TBI undertook the lighting, decoration, and graphic design in order to achieve a uniform and harmonic interior.

TBI wins the award for first place in the restricted competition of the “Concept Design Interior” for the Shopping Center Milaneo at Mailänder Platz in Stuttgart, held by the German developer ECE, company with strong international presence.
The interior design concept is based on “Nature”, “Urban” and “Modern” themes that provide a singular and exclusive character to each building.
