Description

The Building is located in the surroundings of the new urban district Schwabinger Tor in Munich and has been conceived for a young target group with high quality and design standards. The project is the refurbishment of an apartment block from the 70´s, converted into a young and modern residential building with 195 city apartments. We create new communal facilities like lounge and co-working areas, a fitness room, a rooftop terrasse and a bicycle parking area to facilitate user’s comfort and to promote social interaction. The outdoor spaces are also redesign and refresh with a new pergola and urban furniture.
