Description

Comprehensive refurbishment of an office block listed as protected historic building, located in Frankfurt Niederrad, a urban area that is fast developing into a young and dynamic residential quarter. The project design of this 11 stores building consists of 395 micro living apartments with diverse typology, 2 rooftops terraces and shared open spaces for co-working and front desk in the ground floor. The renewed interior design picks up the style concept of those office buildings in the 70ies combined with a modern and sustainable design concept, in order to create a young, fresh and attractive ambience.
