Converting Offices to Housing: The former office building is located in the direct extension of the Schwabinger Tor urban district and is being converted into a residential building with 77 apartments. The material and color concept is based on the urban aesthetics of Schwabinger Tor on the one hand and on the impressive green space onto which the E-shaped building with its inner courtyards opens up on the other. Based on the existing structural grid, new horizontal and vertical elements in concrete look define a balanced and proportionate facade grid and give the building its own architectural identity. The combination of concrete-gray paneling and light bronze accents supports a modern and harmonious appearance. The use of bronze-colored surface finishes continues in the interior. In combination with wood-look wall coverings, this creates high-quality and durable surfaces that create an elegant, functional, and inviting atmosphere.
