Project schedule and costs audit of the construction of the new hotel tower and partial refurbishment of the resort Robinson Club Jandia Playa. Demolition and new construction of a 10 level building with 146 rooms, restaurant, multi-purpose room, pools, pool bar and green areas. First hotel with a sustainability certificate DGNB Platinum outside of Germany. Project and site supervision: 2F Arquitectura (Manacor), 2PiR Ingenieros (Barcelona) and Estudio Vila 13 Interiorismo (Ibiza).
