Opening Rheinpark Center Neuss

The 93 Million Euro refurbishment of the former HUMA Shopping Center to the new modern Rheinpark-Center Neuss is complete. After two and a half years of construction, the completely redesigned shopping center at the Breslauer Straße celebrated its inauguration last Friday, April 1, 2011. Spread over three floors with a total sales area of 37,300 square meters, the new Rheinpark-Center offers around 140 shops, cafés, restaurants and businesses.
In cooperation with PGG Xanten and ECE Project Management GmbH & Co KG, TBI has created the interior design concept, and planned and directed the construction management.
