Grand Opening MOTORWORLD Mallorca

After 6 years of project planning, 2,5 years of construction work and many changes and nervousness, the new Motorworld Mallorca was opened finally last Friday.

Preserving the existing structure, the project has transformed the former Coca-Cola factory in a unique and complex building with maximum flexibility, combining a mix of unusual uses on an area of around 13.000 m2.

Workshops, restaurants, showrooms, exhibition and sales areas for classic cars, meeting rooms and a large multi-purpose hall for 2,000 people makes up a new center dedicated to mobility, lifestyle, events and conferences.

The project was a significant challenge for all those involved such as architects, engineers and executing companies, but also for the building authority as it is the first building of its kind in Spain.

This was only possible thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the entire project team and their constant adaptation in terms of design, development and project management.
