New contract from Qiagen

We are proud to announce that TBI Architecture & Engineering has been selected to design the new innovation hub for the biotechnology company Qiagen in Barcelona.

The new 6,000 m² center in the former Braun factory in Esplugues de Llobregat will support the development of tests for infectious diseases and precision medicine applications.

Together with our interdisciplinary team, TBI has completed the integrated architecture, engineering, and interior design executive project phase and will lead the construction management, with works scheduled to commence in June 2025.

This project contributes to the consolidation of Barcelona as a leading hub in the life sciences and healthcare sector.
