Together with our interdisciplinary team, TBI has completed the integrated architecture, engineering, and interior design executive project phase and will lead the construction management, with works scheduled to commence in June 2025. Many thanks also to the Promoter of the Building Conren Tramway and the Projektmanagement Team of Cushman &amp; Wakefield Barcelona for the good collaboration.
